we're hiring!
We are looking for someone to add to our small, but busy/in-demand office. We specialize in upper cervical care utilizing the atlas orthogonal technique, but also treat the full spine, extremities, and help guide people's overall health to our comfort and ability. We have a great reputation with lots of referral locations. Open to talking with anyone interested, but likely the best fit is a newer doc who is looking for:
-Guidance and experience to gain confidence in all avenues of a practice
-Interested in the potential to be a specialist in upper cervical care, including training towards atlas orthogonal board certification.
-Learning the benefits of the lower force adjusting style and its effectiveness in providing lasting results
-An alternative to the high-volume practice style
This role with likely start as an assistive/learning role, working as a team to help care for patients; helping provide therapies, taking x-rays, etc. Depending on your experience/comfort level after a period of time, we can open up office hours to see patients on your own. Full time of part time is a possibility.
While our focus is providing a great place to learn and practice, pay can very greatly depending on experience and value added. My goal is to pay you as much as possible while still being economically viable for our practice. Likely to start it will be more of a 'living wage', with increases happening regularly as you help us see more people and provide value to people's lives, and as a result of our practice together.
I (Dr. Spurgeon) have experienced several associate/independent contractor positions at the start of my career. Some were great, some were terrible, and some were in-between. One of my goals is to make sure we provide a great experience here for anyone who wants to join. Reach out at the email below to set up a time to meet, and see if we could be a fit for you.
